The Faculty Development Program (FDP) was held on 15th September 2024 at St. Francis de Sales College, Tamaka, Kolar. The program commenced with a welcome speech by Fr. Principal Joseph Thoppil, setting the tone for the day's events. The Chief Coordinating Officer (CCO) Mr. Noel Borges then led a session that included engaging activities and discussions on the topics of institutionalization, teamwork, and professional ethics.

The college teaching and non-teaching staff actively participated and shared heartfelt opinions. Among the speakers were Ms. Stella, Coordinator of SFS College; Mr. Arun Johnson Branco, Department of Economics; Mr. Maruthi, Department of Kannada; and Mr. Tangavelu, Admin of Degree.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Mrs. Varsha T N, expressing gratitude to all participants and facilitators.
