On June 15, 2025, St. Francis de Sales College, Tamaka, Kolar, hosted a Faculty Development Program (FDP) for both Shrinivaspur SFS School and SFS College kolar Teachers, aimed at enhancing the professional growth of its faculty members.

The program began with a welcome speech by Fr. Principal Joseph Thoppil, setting the tone for the day's proceedings. Dr. Sam, Chief Coordinating Officer (CCO) MSFS, led an engaging session that included activities and discussions on key topics such as institutionalization, teamwork, and professional ethics. The session also explored the use of important teaching applications like Canva, Google Forms, KineMaster, and more, highlighting their practical applications in education.

The interactive session fostered a sense of camaraderie, creating a family atmosphere among participants. The college's teaching and non-teaching staff actively participated, sharing their insights and opinions.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Mrs. Varsha T.N. The management's gesture of providing tea, coffee, and snacks added to the warmth of the occasion. The event culminated with a group photo with the CCO, marking a successful conclusion to the program.
