A Day of Practical Learning and Exploration (Industrial Visit to BEML - KGF)

St. Francis De Sales PU College, Tamaka, Kolar, organized a one-day industrial visit to BEML(Bharath Earth Movers Limited) in KGF on November 18, 2023. The Commerce department, in collaboration with the Com-Lit forum, aimed to provide students with practical industry insights.

Former BEML officer Srinivas currently working as a Admin of SFS College and BEML employee Ramesh, Treasurer, SC/ST association BEML, KGF, guided students through manufacturing units, emphasizing operational intricacies.

Participants included Principal Fr. Joseph Thooppil, Manager Fr. Vinodh Kanattu, Commerce teaching staffs Mr Ajay C, Mrs Varsha, Mr. Arun Johnson Branco, Mr. Maruthi and all 2nd PUC Commerce stream students.

This initiative bridges theory and practice, preparing students for professional challenges and exemplifying the college's commitment to holistic, real-world education.
