The Department of Commerce and Computer Science at St. Francis De Sales College conducted an insightful seminar on the stock market, aimed at providing valuable knowledge to both Degree and PU students.

Resource Person Mr. Punith, a lecturer in commerce from Basavashree, Kolar, served as the distinguished resource person for the event. His expertise added a significant educational dimension to the seminar. Presentation focused on the fundamental importance of the stock market. He informed various investment avenues, offering students practical insights into ways of making financial decisions.

The seminar witnessed the presence of esteemed dignitaries, including Principal Fr Joseph Thooppil of SFS College, HOD of Commerce Ajay, Com-Lit Forum Coordinators Ms. Varsha and Mr. Arun Johnson Branco, and BCA Department HOD Ms. Pranathi. The active participation of PU Commerce students and degree students further enriched the program.

The resource person was felicitated by Principal Fr. Joseph Thooppil and HOD of Commerce Mr. Ajay C, acknowledging the value he brought to the seminar. Fr Joseph Thooppil extended a warm welcome to Mr. Punith and concluded the event with a gracious vote of thanks.
