St. Francis De Sales College, Tamaka, Kolar, celebrated Teacher's Day with great enthusiasm and fervor on September 5, 2024. The event was organized by the students to express their gratitude towards their teachers.

The program commenced with a series of captivating dance performances, followed by heartfelt experience-sharing sessions and innovative programs. Principal Fr. Joseph delivered the presidential address, emphasizing the significance of teachers in shaping students' lives.

Chief guest of the program Fr Lawrence highlighted the importance of teacher student relationship. He also emphasized the values attached to teacher guidance to students.

A special felicitation ceremony was held to honor Ms. Neha A for securing a medical seat through her outstanding NEET results. The students and faculty congratulated her on this remarkable achievement. While reciprocating Ms. Neha profusely thanked the institution and its staff for all the support she could get to achieve the goal.

The celebrations culminated with an emotional cake-cutting ceremony, which left many in attendance with tears of joy. The program concluded with snacks being distributed to all students.
