SFS PU College celebrated Freshers' Day on 28 June 2025 for both Commerce and Science students, marking the beginning of a new academic journey. The event was graced by Rev. Fr. Santy, MSFS, Parish Priest, as the Chief Guest.

Rev. Fr. Santy emphasized the importance of curiosity, hunger for knowledge, and genuine relationships in achieving success. He encouraged students to be responsible, dedicated, and passionate about their pursuits, quoting "Impossible is not in my dictionary." Rev. Fr. Vinod Kanattu, MSFS, Manager and Administrator, urged freshers to start their journey with fresh ideas and dedication.

Principal Rev. Fr. Joseph Thoppil, MSFS, inspired students to make their parents and institution proud by achieving good results and upholding values. The college management felicitated students who secured ranks in NEET, JEE, CET, and Board exams, along with their parents.

Ms. Yashaswini, College topper and NEET All India Rank 4260, shared motivational words, while Mr. Vijay Rakshith's mother, a CET rank holder's parent, highlighted the college's strengths. The event featured vibrant dance performances, songs, and other cultural activities.

The program was smoothly conducted by Mr. Digvijay, Amogha Varsha, Nashra Mohammadi, Faiza Fatin, and Sheza Hussain, with Mr. Leon Mariyan Prasad welcoming the gathering. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Deepika Adya Gowda.

The Freshers' Day celebration was a grand success, setting a positive tone for the new academic year and inspiring students to strive for excellence.
